after May 20th, $465 (Week 4 is a 4 day week, $325, after May 20th, $365)
Camp runs from 9am to 3pm each day, with before camp available from 8-9am and after camp from 3-5pm ($15/hr, available in one hour blocks, no partial hours). No after camp on Fridays. Daylong immersion days are also available, $115/day.
You may reserve a spot with a deposit of $150/week. The remainder of the Registration Fee is due May 1st.
Daylong Immersion Days
We welcome drop-in students at the rate of $115/day on a space available basis. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to see if space is available. There are no drop-ins on Field Trip days.
Before camp and After camp
Before camp is available from 8-9am and after camp is available from 3-5pm each day, except Friday, when camp ends at 3pm. The rate is $15 per hour, available in one hour blocks, no partial hours. If you would like for your child to receive before camp or after camp, please indicate it on your child’s Registration Form and pay fees when registering. We are happy to, and are diligent about refunding overpayment as long as we receive 24 hours cancellation notice. Before camp and After camp registration must be completed by the beginning of each week so that we can arrange appropriate staffing. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise no refund will be made.
Students age 14-17 will be considered Counselors-in-Training. As a Counselor-in-Training, students will be expected to help teachers with handing out materials, occasional clean-up, and will sometimes be asked to assist younger students.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to withdraw from your week of chosen camp week, we require 21 days notice, and we offer a 50% refund of your camp tuition.
