Camp runs from 9am to 3pm each day, with before care available from 8-9 am and after care from 3-5 pm ($25/hr, available in one-hour blocks, no partial hours). Our Aftercare program will be facilitated by the Afterschool University staff, led by my colleague Michael Sanchez, the Director. No aftercare on Fridays, camp ends at 3 pm. Daylong immersion days are also available, $170/day.

Daylong Immersion Days
We welcome drop-in students at the rate of $170/day on a space-available basis. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to confirm availability. There are no drop-ins on Field Trip days.

Before care and after care
Before care is available from 8-9 am, led by Beth, and after care is available from 3-5 pm each day. Our Aftercare program will be facilitated by the staff of Afterschool University, led by my colleague Michael Sanchez, the Director. No after care on Fridays, camp ends at 3 pm. The rate is $25 per hour, available in one-hour blocks, no partial hours. If you would like your child to receive before care or after care, please indicate it on your child’s Registration Form and pay the fees when registering. We are happy to and diligent about refunding overpayments as long as we receive 24 hours’ cancellation notice. Before care and after care registration must be completed by the beginning of each week so that we can arrange appropriate staffing. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise no refund will be made.

Counselors-in-Training
Students age 14-17 will be considered Counselors-in-Training. As a Counselor-in-Training, students will be expected to assist teachers with distributing materials, perform occasional cleanup, and occasionally assist younger students.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to withdraw from your chosen camp week, we require 21 days’ notice, and we offer a 50% refund of your camp tuition.
